Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities announced the offering of a number of distinguished investment land plots in the cities of New Alamein City, 10th of Ramadan City, and Hadayek 10th of Ramadan City until June 15, in line with directives from Housing Minister Randa el-Menshawy to expand investment opportunities, meet the future needs of new cities, and support service, educational, commercial and urban activities.
The ministry said the offering is part of the state's efforts to improve the investment climate in new urban communities and attract additional local and foreign investments, contributing to the provision of integrated services, supporting sustainable urban development plans and boosting economic growth.
The plots have been made available through the Investor Services Portal of the New Urban Communities Authority, enabling investors to review details of the offering, building requirements, payment mechanisms, and reservation procedures.
