How public inquiry and ad-conversion data are handled

This page applies to Hanheng Refractory public pages, contact forms, and campaign landing pages. It explains what data is collected, why it is used, and how buyers can contact us about privacy questions.

Short version

We collect only the contact, project, and attribution data needed to respond to industrial inquiries, assess project fit, measure which landing pages produce real submissions, and protect the form from spam or duplicate sends.

What we collect

When you contact Hanheng through a public form, email, or campaign landing page, we may store:

  • name, email, phone, WhatsApp, company, country, or target-market details that you choose to submit
  • equipment, hot-zone, quantity, working-condition notes, document expectations, and other project context
  • the page path, source page, submission time, and basic session identifiers tied to the inquiry
  • UTM parameters, referrer data, and ad-click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid, or yclid when available

How we use the data

The data is used to advance industrial project communication, not to build a generic marketing list:

  • reply to the inquiry and involve sales, technical, document, or delivery staff when needed
  • prepare the material-selection, quotation, packing, document, and shipment route for the project
  • understand which landing page, market entry, or channel actually produced a real inquiry submission
  • detect duplicates, abnormal traffic, and abuse so the form remains usable

Ad and conversion measurement

Campaign landing pages may use Google Ads conversion measurement to confirm that a real inquiry submission occurred. The conversion event is only triggered after the form is successfully accepted by our backend, not on a simple button click.

  • referrer, UTM, gclid, gbraid, wbraid, and yclid may be used to understand the advertising source
  • this measurement is used to assess campaign performance, not to sell your inquiry data to third parties
  • if a browser blocks the relevant script, the inquiry can still be submitted successfully even if the ad platform does not record the conversion

Storage, access, and retention

Inquiry records are stored in Hanheng internal systems and are only accessed within the scope needed to continue the project.

  • access is limited to staff involved in sales, technical support, documentation, delivery, or system maintenance
  • we do not publish the contents of your inquiry and we do not sell personal information
  • records may be retained for a reasonable period to continue the project, support repeat orders, or investigate abnormal submissions
