Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly attended on Wednesday July 1,2026 the handover ceremony of 50 fully equipped mobile technology centers from the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development to the Ministry of Justice to provide real estate registration and notarization services.

The initiative is being implemented in line with directives from President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to improve the quality of public services provided to citizens. The ceremony was attended by Minister of Justice Mahmoud Helmy El-Sherif, Minister of Planning and Economic Development Ahmed Rostom, and senior officials from both ministries.

Madbouly said the state is continuing to implement a comprehensive vision to modernize government services under Egypt Vision 2030 through expanding technological solutions, advancing digital transformation, simplifying procedures, and improving government efficiency.

He added that these efforts aim to enhance service quality and expand access across all governorates. He described the delivery of the 50 mobile technology centers as an important step in modernizing the real estate registration and notarization system, helping reduce pressure on service offices, shorten processing times, and facilitate faster access to services.

The Prime Minister also inspected a number of mobile notarization vehicles operated by the Real Estate Registration and Notarization Authority as part of the government’s plan to modernize and digitize public services. He reviewed their operational readiness, noting that they are equipped with the latest technologies to provide full registration and notarization services.

Justice Minister Mahmoud El-Sherif said the deployment of mobile service vehicles reflects the state’s commitment to advancing digital transformation and improving service delivery through modern technology, bringing services closer to citizens nationwide. He added that the initiative will enhance efficiency and quality while supporting efforts to build a modern government system, stressing that cooperation with the Ministry of Planning reflects an integrated institutional approach to implementing the objectives of the New Republic.

Planning and Economic Development Minister Ahmed Rostom said the total number of mobile technology centers now stands at 93, supporting real estate registration and notarization services in densely populated areas as well as villages and remote regions. He noted that the centers are equipped with electronic payment systems and advanced digital security measures to ensure transaction safety and integrity.
