Kenya's Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) published maximum retail petroleum product prices for the period 15 April 2026–14 May 2026, pursuant to Section 101(y) of the Petroleum Act 2019 and Legal Notice No. 192 of 2022. The prices apply across the country and are binding on all retailers.
The regulation sets a firm price ceiling for downstream petroleum sales during the specified period. Industrial buyers, fleet operators, and logistics firms operating in Kenya should treat this price ceiling as a procurement cost benchmark for April–May 2026. Any price movement within the ceiling depends on individual retailer pricing; the ceiling does not guarantee below-ceiling pricing. Compliance is mandatory under the 2019 Act.
