First City Monument Bank has upgraded its mobile banking application with new features, including a reward points system, mutual fund investments, virtual card services, and in-app customer support, as it seeks to strengthen customer engagement across its digital platform.

A statement from the bank said the updated app enables customers to earn and redeem reward points on transactions carried out through the platform. The bank also introduced a Regal Premium Lifestyle Subscription, which provides access to travel, dining, and entertainment benefits, as well as three months of free transfers for new-to-bank customers.

Customers can now access mutual fund investments directly within the app, while a new “Chat with Temi” feature has been added to provide instant customer support and faster issue resolution.
