干式镁质填料适合炉底维护,是因为它施工快、可局部补足、能在高温下逐步烧结形成新的工作层。它不像整体大修那样需要长时间停炉,却能通过小步快跑的方式把炉底形貌和保护层维持在合理范围内。对节拍化生产的电炉厂,这种维护方式极具现实意义。

采购与工艺变化

从市场角度看,镁质干填料的竞争不只在价格,而在单位吨钢消耗、烧结速度、贴合性和与现有炉衬体系的匹配。随着 EAF 向高功率、快节拍、更多 DRI/HBI 配比发展,炉底热负荷和热点管理更受关注,能够在这些工况下维持稳定消耗水平的干填料会更有市场。

选型与询盘重点

现场要关注的,不只是化学成分,还包括粒度级配、铺料厚度、热态烧结速度、修补后轮廓稳定性和热点响应。炉底填料最怕的是表面看起来补上了,实际内部仍然松散。

使用边界与替代条件

镁质干填料不能替代结构性衬体检修。若炉底已经出现深部异常侵蚀或壳体温升异常,单靠补料无法从根本上解决问题。它最适合的是日常维稳和热点管理。
