Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly said the future of regional development depends on enhanced integration in the energy, transport, trade, and investment sectors, not just isolated national efforts, to serve joint interests of all nations. Madbouly made the remarks during a meeting on Monday, June 15, 2026, with UN Under-Secretary-General and Executive Secretary of the Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) Rania El-Mashat, as part of her first official visit to Egypt since assuming her new role early this month.
