National Carrier Opens a Comfort Zone at Nurly Zhol Railway Station As part of the initiative to develop hub intermodal transportation, National Carrier is opening a new comfort zone at Nurly Zhol Railway Station. The project was implemented jointly with the support of the branch of NC KTZ JSC - Directorate of the Main Network and Nurly Zhol Railway Station.
Now passengers can enjoy a comfortable environment and use all the amenities while waiting for their train. The time spent in the lounge area is not limited, and the entrance fee is 2,500 tenge. The lounge area is designed to comfortably accommodate 20-25 people at a time.
Guests are provided with free tea, coffee and snacks, power banks for charging mobile devices, high-speed Wi-Fi, as well as a library with books to read. The comfort zone has a separate restroom, which adds additional convenience for passengers. The lounge area also has a board with the train schedule so that passengers can monitor the departure time of their train.
For families with children, a play area has been created where kids can have fun and usefully spend time. In addition, the cost of visiting includes the use of the luggage compartment.
