The project targets the approximately 7,000 daily visitors who pass through the station, offering them an alternative to standard waiting areas.

Passengers gain access to the comfort zone for a flat entrance fee of 2,500 tenge, with no time restrictions on how long they may remain inside. The facility is designed to accommodate 20-25 passengers simultaneously, providing sufficient space for a quiet waiting experience without overcrowding.

The lounge delivers a range of complimentary services aimed at making layovers more productive and relaxing. Visitors receive free tea, coffee, and snacks throughout their stay. Device charging infrastructure includes power banks that passengers can borrow for mobile phones and laptops. Separate restroom facilities within the comfort zone eliminate the need to exit the area or navigate through the broader station during waiting periods.
