Minister of State for Military Production Salah Soliman Gamblat said on Saturday, August 8, 2026, that human capital has been the cornerstone of efforts to drive development and improve performance, stressing the importance of teamwork, innovation and continued investment in employees’ skills.
Gamblat made the remarks during a meeting with employees at the ministry’s headquarters in the New Capital, attended by several senior ministry officials, as part of efforts to strengthen direct communication with staff. He praised employees for their dedication and said recent achievements had been made possible by the support of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, along with commitment to work and effective cooperation among the ministry’s various sectors.
The Ministry of Military Production continues implementing plans to develop its work systems and improve efficiency, strengthen its role in supporting domestic industry and make better use of available resources and capabilities, Gamblat said. “These efforts are aimed at implementing the political leadership’s directives to increase production and improve the quality of performance across different sectors,” he added.
“Commitment, institutional discipline and teamwork, together with continuous investment in developing employees’ skills, are fundamental pillars for achieving the ministry’s objectives,” Gamblat stated. He urged employees to step up their efforts and embrace initiative and innovation to improve working methods, strengthen the ministry’s ability to address challenges and achieve higher levels of efficiency and productivity in both military and civilian production.
The Minister listened to employees’ views and questions and directed officials to promptly review proposals and ideas to improve the work environment and overall performance. Direct communication with employees was one of the most important tools for institutional development and helped foster a culture of positive participation in decision-making and performance improvement, Gamblat said.
He stressed commitment to continuing the development of the ministry and its affiliated entities while consolidating the principles of discipline, fairness, and transparency. Gamblat called for the firm application of a system of rewards and accountability to motivate outstanding employees and hold underperforming staff accountable, helping to maximize productivity and achievements.
He urged all employees to continue putting forward ideas and proposals for development, saying every constructive proposal would receive attention and consideration.
