The service will carry passengers along the full Shymkent–Sanya–Singapore route, as well as on the individual Kazakhstan–China and China–Singapore segments.
The total journey will take nearly 11 hours, including a 90-minute technical stop in Sanya. Kazakhstan’s Ambassador to Singapore Askar Kuttykadam said the new service would help strengthen business, tourism and people-to-people ties between the two countries. “I hope this flight will become the first link in a major air bridge between Kazakhstan and Singapore, and between Central Asia and Southeast Asia,” he said.
The new connection is expected to create additional travel opportunities and support closer economic and cultural ties between the regions.
