Housing Minister Randa El Menshawy reviewed with Managing Director of UAE’s Modon Holding Abdulla Al Sahi the progress realized so far in the Ras el Hekma development project. El Menshawy said “Ras el Hekma represents an important model of Egyptian-UAE development and investment cooperation and reflects the strength of relations between the two countries.” She said the ministry is committed to providing the support and coordination needed to create a favorable investment environment, accelerate work on the project and maximize the potential of Ras el Hekma’s location.
The meeting covered implementation rates across the project’s various components, current developments and execution plans for the next phase, with a focus on keeping work on schedule. El Menshawy stressed the importance of continuously monitoring progress and maintaining close coordination between government agencies and Modon to address any challenges that could slow implementation.
Modon representatives briefed the minister on the latest work at the project, confirming that construction is continuing according to established plans and timelines. They also highlighted ongoing coordination with Egyptian authorities to accelerate implementation.
El Menshawy called for continued coordination with the company and swift action on any issues related to construction and infrastructure to keep the project moving according to its targeted plan.
