The Housing and Utilities Ministry and GTO Global are exploring a partnership to promote the country’s real estate and development projects in international markets and attract new investors and customers. Housing and Utilities Minister Randa el Menshawy met with GTO Global President Mohamed Zaza to discuss leveraging the company’s international marketing expertise to expand the reach of Egyptian projects, particularly among overseas investors and buyers.
El Menshawy said the government is focused on maximizing investment opportunities in new cities and promoting urban, tourism and development projects across Egypt to attract more investment and strengthen the competitiveness of the real estate sector regionally and internationally.
The meeting reviewed several investment opportunities and discussed plans to use modern marketing tools and international channels to showcase the competitive advantages of Egyptian projects. New Alamein City and the New Capital were also spotlighted for their urban, tourism and service offerings, alongside investment and property ownership opportunities.
Zaza expressed GTO’s interest in strengthening cooperation with the ministry and supporting efforts to promote Egyptian projects and reach new markets and customer segments. He said the cooperation would help support investment opportunities in Egypt’s real estate and tourism sectors.
