在材料组织上,高铝组分提供主骨架和高温体稳定,SiC 通过较高硬度和抗磨损能力改善冲刷表现,同时会影响热传导和热应力分布;碳则继续承担阻止渣铁润湿和渗透的任务。问题在于,SiC 和碳都存在氧化敏感性,所以基体必须设计抗氧化保护,包含合适的结合剂、微粉和抗氧化剂体系,才能让增强组分在关键温区发挥作用,而不是提前失效。

典型失效路径

ASC 砖的失效常常从表层脱碳或 SiC 氧化开始。热面一旦失去碳的阻隔作用,渣铁会更容易进入基体;而 SiC 被氧化后,原先的抗磨与热应力调节作用也会打折扣。随后,在长期装运与冷热循环中,材料可能出现表层松化、层裂和局部崩角。因此,评价 ASC 不能只看原始强度,更要看经过热处理和氧化后的组织保持能力。

当前研究一方面围绕回收料和低碳足迹展开,尝试在不牺牲核心性能的前提下引入循环原料;另一方面则聚焦热力学和热机械行为,通过模拟整套鱼雷罐服役循环,去优化砖的热膨胀、接缝变化和剥落敏感性。对 ASC 来说,最前沿的问题早已不是“能不能做”,而是“怎样在更复杂工况里做得更稳”。

工程启示

工程上看,ASC 的关键不是牌号听起来先进,而是它是否适配你的运输时间、扒渣方式、热停顿时长和维护制度。研究给出的启发很明确:把 SiC 当成功能相,把碳当成边界层设计的一部分,把热机械循环纳入选型,ASC 的优势才会真正兑现。
