若考虑铝铬砖,务必先把现场渣样、温度区间和典型失效剖面摸清楚。它适合通过局部试区验证,而不适合在缺少工况数据时整炉大面积替换。

使用边界与替代条件

需要强调的是,铝铬砖并不天然优于镁铬体系。对以钙铁质渣、强碱性侵蚀或其他特殊环境为主的工位,结果可能完全不同。真正可靠的决策,一定来自具体渣系和实炉验证。
